You want to do whatever you want? SOCIAL MEDIA!!

When you want to travel or as simple as a phone call, you are cost for using those services. Everything nowadays comes from and for money. Therefore, we need to find a way not to waste money for things that doesn't worth it (but we still want to do it). So here comes our SOCIAL MEDIA!!
YES, RIGHT?! This is our SOLUTION. It's such a great inspiration from John Atkinson - a Canadian Cartoonist - that gives us a more convenient life without the needs of money. Well you still have to pay money for using the internet, but it costs much lesser than what you are supposed to pay for. I guess the only difference is that you are immobile...and it's safer indeed . What I like about this cartoon is that he utilizes the simplicity of the images - There is nothing dramatic or luxurious. Those devices are used daily and they are so familiar such that the cartoon itself catches our thought immediately. I assume that everyone knows what those devices and social media are (I only know half of those social media, but it's enough to draw connection between the purpose of the cartoonist and our memories). Since I only spend the majority of time on Facebook, it gets my attention right away. Indeed, I don't have to go across the world to visit my parents. The only thing I can do is that to text them on Facebook and we can continue our conversation at anytime we want. Is that so helpful? And YouTube, in fact, is how I travel around the world. Why do people need to travel when they can look at it just by a click? Amit Ray - a famous Indian author - has once said that:

“Open the window of your mind. Allow the fresh air, new lights and new truths to enter.”

So why don't we just open the "WINDOW" and let our desire seek for imagination and discovery by using the powerful tool of YOUTUBE? Right? We are living in a modern world where dreams are "IMPOSSIBLY" possible to whom that know how to indulge their life. Even our school assignment can be done by MULTIPLE (not "a") websites. So what does it tell you about our life? DEPENDENCE and LAZINESS. Ah ha! For whom has loved to have a LIFE, you have to be aware of accuracy and trustworthiness. I have talked about this topic for a long time ago, and we have come to the conclusion that the internet is NOT 100% accurate. Therefore, if you want to have a LONG life, get your butt out of the house and go to where you want to go. If you want to have just a SHORT life, then social media or the Internet is your soulmate. Hopes you understand!!!!
