For those of you uncultured swine who don't know who reynad is, Andrey "reynad" Yanyuk is a Ukrainian Hearthstone player who streams Hearthstone on the platform Twitch.tv and also owns and manages the eSports team "Tempo Storm". He is quite a big figure in the Hearthstone scene being a popular streamer and being part of a big team. reynad is most famously known for his extreme saltiness, the invention of the zoo deck and his hatred of the capital letter "R".

3 months ago you may have heard about some type of drama involving "viewbots", in which a big name Hearthstone streamer by the name of MaSsanSC is accused of having viewbots to artificially inflate the view count of his stream. The reason this is so bad is because if you have a significant amount of viewers you will be featured more prominently on the website and more people searching for streams will go to that particular stream as they see a lot of other people are "watching" them. This means that they may get actual viewers from doing essentially nothing.

Over time people started growing more and more suspicious of Massan's viewership and like the above video and started accusing him on all sorts of places of him using viewbots. One of these places is the Hearthstone subreddit on Reddit, which you can describe as a social media site of sorts. In the beginning such posts about Massan and viewbotting were removed but the moderators decided to relax their policies and let posts about Hearthstone drama stay up.

Which leads to the video in question about reynad criticizing the moderators of the subreddit calling them spineless pussies for caving into the demands etc.

This text type I would consider mostly a speech in the form of a rant, used by Andrey to express his opinions of Reddit in a way that shows his emotions which is less possible in a text based format. In the video reynad brings up first the changes that Reddit moderators has made in their moderating philosophy and why he thinks it is a bad decision, he doesn't comment too much on Massan viewbotting allegations because it isn't the problem so much as witch hunting in general which is bad for the community. He also analyzes a comment made against him and describes how inaccurate and wrong it is.

The general message is that the hearthstone subreddit community is terrible, the moderation changes are a bad idea and that he was slandered about.
