DO YOU HAVE INTERNET OCD? TEST NOW!

Internet OCD, formally known as the internet obsessive-compulsive disorder is a mental disorder where people often feel the need to check on the internet. As we connect into more and more social networks, we find out ourselves continuously surrounded by fresh information, and we have taken it for granted.


As human beings, we are curious about just anything, so it is very easy to get internet OCD
Beware! If you acquire any four of the following behaviors then you definitely have internet OCD!


-First thing in the morning: go on the computer or turn on the phone.
-Spend at least 3 hours each day on internet. (games not included)
-take phone or tablet into the washroom
-go on Facebook at least 1 time, and only check the new feeds about 5 scrolls.
-go on Instagram to check about 10 pics a day
-go on Youtube's hot section about 10 minutes
-check on Reddit or 9GAG or ifunny for 2 minutes each
-ask for WIFI at your friend's house
-ask for WIFI at restaurant
-ask for WIFI at school or library
-spend the entire study block on the internet

BEWARE! IF YOU HAVE ANY 2 OF THE FOLLOWING HABITS THEN PLEASE GO SEE THERAPY!

-go on Facebook to check the new feeds, and check back to where you stopped on the previous day
-bring a charger with you to the washroom
-bring a removable battery to school
-bring mobile devices to camping even though you know there's no internet.
-spend 6 hours a day on the internet. (games not included)
-go on Instagram and start the creeper mode
-go on Reddit, 9GAG, or iFunny and finish where you left out on the previous day
-use phone or tablet when eating
-use phone of tablet when watching TV

If you do not obtain any of the habits above then congratulation because you're internet OCD free!
